Yes, you own the song, its copyright, and the master recording. You’re just not allowed to attach my name or likeness to it. In other words, it’s a work for hire (not an artist collab).

When an order is placed, I reach out to the song purchaser with some initial questions, like how fast do you want the song, what instrument, etc. Your order also includes two rounds of notes. Which means, I send you a “version 1” and you provide your input on anything you’d like to hear different (within reason / as long as it doesn’t start the whole project over again).
